National Squash Players take on Fitness Quotient Challenge

Last February 1, Peak Form launched its first Fitness Quotient challenge at the High School Gym of Xavier School Greenhills. A total of 10 stations were set-up to measure an athletes' strength, explosiveness, speed, agility, coordination, balance, flexibility, endurance, recovery and mental state.

National players Robert Garcia, Mac Begornia, Don Espinola and David Pelino held up their own against other national elite athletes. Nikko Huelgas, captain of the Philippine National Triathlon team and Harry Morris, Captain of The Philippine Volcanoes - Rugby scored the highest in challenge. Other elite participants in the event were Shakey's V-league player mainstay, Ms. Michelle Datuin; Stephanie Dan, Captain of The Philippine Malditas - women's soccer; Bong Ravena, former PBA basketball star; Koko Pingoy, UAAP Juniors stand-out; Don Velasco - Cross Fit Manila; and Johansen Aguilar, be-medalled UAAP seniors swimmer.
